Challenge

Traditional cash transactions and ATM dependence created friction for players, reducing engagement and loyalty while increasing operational costs. Station Casinos needed a digital payment solution that aligned with the on-the-go expectations of modern gamers.

Approach

Through a user-centered design process, we co-created the STN Cash Mobile App to deliver seamless digital transactions. The app enables players to load credits and cash out from their mobile devices, while integrating directly with Station Casinos's Boarding Pass Program for automatic reward tracking. Usability testing and iterative prototyping ensured a frictionless and secure experience.
