Challenge

Approach
We led a five-day design sprint, followed by contextual inquiry, cognitive walkthroughs, and user research to uncover bottlenecks and design needs. Collaborating closely through agile sprints, we designed and developed a system that enables fast, accurate invoice management and auditing.
